We are now seeking a CRO to join us on our journey as a strategic co-founder, sharing in the growth, success, and equity of InApps Technology. This is a unique opportunity for a driven leader to not only influence revenue strategies but to share in the company’s long-term success.
Your Role & Responsibilities:
As the Chief Revenue Officer, you will:
- Develop and lead strategies to drive revenue growth across key markets, including USA, Europe, and Australia.
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate long-term client relationships in the IT and software development sectors.
- Collaborate with the CEO and senior leadership team to align sales, marketing, and customer success efforts, driving consistent revenue growth.
- Build and lead a high-performance revenue team, ensuring sales processes, pricing models, and marketing initiatives are optimized for maximum results.
- Implement innovative approaches to AI-driven sales and marketing to amplify revenue streams and operational efficiency.
- Be involved in setting strategic revenue targets and ensuring the company's offerings are aligned with market demands.
- Engage in equity-based decision making, contributing to InApps’ long-term success as a co-owner.
Job Requirement
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Proven track record in Business Development, Sales, or Revenue Management in IT, Software Development, or Technology Outsourcing.
- Market Expertise: Knowledge of international markets, especially USA, Europe, and Australia.
- Leadership: Experience managing revenue teams, driving business growth, and implementing innovative revenue strategies.
- Technology Focus: Strong understanding of software development services and emerging technologies.
- Proactive Attitude: You thrive in entrepreneurial environments, with a strong desire to own your results and contribute to the company’s long-term success.
- Location: Candidates based in Ho Chi Minh City are preferred.
- Flexibility: Willing to work in a hybrid environment, adapting to both in-office and remote collaboration.
