Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to acheive the goals, objective
- Enhance brand awareness through innovative branding strategies and campaigns.
- Lead generation: Design and implement effective lead generation campaigns to capture and nurture leads.
- Supervise and mentor a small team to achieve marketing goals.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets.
Objectives:
- Lead Generation: Generate high-quality leads from 10 MQLs/months
- Brand Awareness: Increase brand visibility and recognition in the target markets (leading in IT Staff Augmentation & Application Development Services)
- SEO Growth: Achieve top search engine rankings for targeted keywords (IT Staff Augmentation, Offshore Development Center, Application Development)
Job Requirement
- Proven experience in marketing, specifically within the software development and BPO sectors.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and SEO best practices.
- Demonstrated success in branding and lead generation.
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Minimum 30 hours per week commitment, with a preference for full-time availability.
